Alexander is a writer/director based out of Los Angeles. When not directing videos for the likes of Adult Swim or Spotify, he’s juggling screenwriting gigs for the producers of Silence of the Lambs or refining his arsenal of original ideas that blend sci-fi, fantasy and suspense into a brand of storytelling all his own.

Alex's work has played at dozens of international fests and gleamed numerous accolades along the way, including the American Society of Cinematographers’ Heritage Award and a Student Emmy nomination, while receiving acclaim from Moviemaker Magazine, American Cinematographer and Mass Appeal. In 2016, he was selected by Shoot Magazine for their highly-competitive “New Directors” showcase in NYC.

Specializing in conceptually-driven videos that emphasize strong imagery and storytelling, Alex is currently in post on a Vietnam War-set thriller short starring Matthew Del Negro (Scandal, The Sopranos, West Wing) and Celia Au (Lodge 49, Wu Assassins). His first feature is in the works with the producers of Mudbound, Arctic and Peanut Butter Falcon.
