An established feature, commercial director and cinematographer Liz is an award winning filmmaker who employs her creativity and passion for visual storytelling across multiple mediums including television, VR and branded content. Liz has helmed commercials and
branding films for major global companies, partnering repeatedly with the likes of Dove, Revlon, Gillette, Maybelline, Oral B, A&E, MAC Cosmetics and others. Her first feature film, OTHER PEOPLE’S CHILDREN, won multiple awards for directing and cinematography and
currently plays on Amazon Prime and Itunes. Most recently her woman’s soccer campaign for Lifetime was featured on the cover of Variety and her campaign for Dove Real Beauty featuring Shonda Rhimes received international press. As a leading edge woman filmmaker she is a participant in the DGA TV Director Diversity Program, The Sony Pictures Diversity Program and the Viacom Diversity Program. She is a professor at USC teaching MFA directing and a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts and The American Film Institute. She active member in the DGA Women’s Steering Committee and The Alliance of Women Directors and teaches master classes that combine filmmaking and yogic technology with her company Fearless Film (www.fearlessfilm.co).
