Her short film 'The Dog with the Woman' premiered at San Diego Film Festival in 2017 where it won the Audience Choice Award.
Phoebe worked in the camera department as a 2nd Assistant Camera in film and television for many years before becoming a director and it was on these high profile film sets that she nurtured her craft.
In 2018 Phoebe founded Lights, Camera, Power; a hands-on initiative backed by Panavision that aims to develop the technical abilities of female directors.
