Phoebe is a director who's worldview is seen through empathetic and curious eyes. Her work is known for having the unique ability to elevate the everyday to a place that is memorable and poignant.  

Her short film 'The Dog with the Woman' premiered at San Diego Film Festival in 2017 where it won the Audience Choice Award. 

Phoebe worked in the camera department as a 2nd Assistant Camera in film and television for many years before becoming a director and it was on these high profile film sets that she nurtured her craft.

In 2018 Phoebe founded Lights, Camera, Power; a hands-on initiative backed by Panavision that aims to develop the technical abilities of female directors.
